### Description

Our kindling is made from 100% natural wood. There are no added chemicals to make the wood burn so amazingly well! All our kindling is made by kiln-drying small sticks of pine. This gets rid of all the moisture and leaves the kindling ready to burn.

No live trees are harmed

We ensure that no live trees are harmed in the making of our kindling. The trees used for kindling are non-endangered pines that have already been harvested by logging companies.

Start fires anywhere

With just 2 sticks of kindling, you can start a fire anywhere! Kindling fire starters work just as well in your indoor fireplace as they do on a campsite fire pit! Do you struggle lighting charcoal? Try using kindling combined with a fire chimney and some newspaper to get your charcoal burning quickly!

Keep kindling dry & away from water

It is not advisable to let your kindling get wet. Kindling is a great fire starter but it works if it is super dry. The sticks are conditioned by a process called kiln-drying. This involves basically heating up the wood so that all the moisture is evaporated.
